Monterey Car Week returns August 11th through 17th, and this year we are bringing a truck built for exactly this coastline: a 1991 620GE, finished in China Blue over a Chestnut interior.
China Blue is a Mercedes MANUFAKTUR color, and on the upright body of the Wolf it reads precisely the way the peninsula deserves: vivid in open sun, composed in the fog that rolls across Seventeen Mile Drive by morning. The Chestnut interior beneath the open top carries the warmth the exterior sets up, trimmed in the weatherproof material every EMC build receives.

This example carries the full 620GE specification. The 6.2 liter LS3 V8 delivers 430 horsepower through a six-speed automatic transmission, and the drivetrain rides on our upgraded FOX reservoir suspension with an AMG braking package matched to the performance. Around that hardware sits the equipment standard to every EMC Wolf: heated seats, air conditioning, wireless Apple CarPlay, and premium Harman sound, integrated into a cabin that remains as simple and ergonomic as the original intended.
It is, in short, the truck that represents everything we have learned building the 1990s G-Wagon exclusively for nearly a decade: the era's character, carried by engineering that belongs to the present.

The truck will be on the peninsula throughout the week and we are offering our clients the opportunity to get behind the wheel.
For those attending who would like time with the 620GE in person, respond to this post through our contact page or contact EMC's Product Director, Paul Stehn, at 732-993-3116. For everyone following from elsewhere, our completed open-top builds are on the convertible G-Wagen page, and a commission of your own begins in the Wolf Builder configurator.
